摘　　要：文化安全是国家总体安全的重要部分和保障。云南边境“国门文化”建设主动融入“一带一路”倡议,落实习近平总书记对云南发展的“三个定位”及“加强文化交流、促进民心相通”指示,对维护边疆文化安全意义重大。新形势下,云南边境文化安全面临内外部风险,维护其安全需要深入推进“国门文化”建设;整合资源,筑牢有形阵地;提升效能,塑造无形屏障;深化交流,在开放中维护安全。Cultural Security is an important component and guarantee of overall national security.The construction of“gateway culture”in Yunnan border regions actively integrates into the“One Belt and One Road”initiative,implements President Xi Jinping's“three positionings”for Yunnan development and his instruction to“strengthen cultural exchanges and promote mutual understanding between peoples”,which is of great significance for safeguarding cultural security in the borderlands.In the new situation,the cultural security of Yunnan border regions faces both internal and external risks.To maintain its security,it is necessary to further promote the construction of“gateway culture”,integrate resources to fortify tangible positions,improve efficiency to build intangible barrier,and deepen exchanges to safeguard security through openness.
