摘　　要：本文以小语种期刊为研究对象,以上海图书馆为例,从采购、馆藏、服务及阅读推广等方面深入分析了公共图书馆小语种期刊资源建设的现状。同时根据读者阅读偏好和服务经验总结了在提供小语种外文期刊服务时所面临的困境和挑战,并提出了具体的建设策略,以期为国内公共图书馆小语种期刊资源建设提供有益参考。This paper focuses on minority language periodicals and takes Shanghai Library as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of minority language periodical resource construction in public libraries from the aspects of procurement,collection,service and reading promotion.It also summarizes the difficulties and challenges faced in providing minority language periodical services based on readers'reading preferences and service experience,and puts forward specific construction strategies,with a view to providing useful references for the construction of minority language periodical resources in domestic public libraries.
