摘  要:为总结复杂条件下深大基坑的设计与实践经验,以南京环球贸易广场项目为例,介绍了软土富水地层条件下相邻超大超深基坑同步施工实施方案,重点说明了为实现同步施工及保护轨道交通所采取的技术措施,并对实施结果作了分析。实践表明:设计方案及采取的针对性技术措施有效解决了相邻超大超深同步实施的难题,并保证了邻近轨道交通设施的安全。本文结果可为类似条件的深基坑工程设计和施工提供参考。In order to summarize the design and practical experience of deep and large foundation pits under complex conditions,the Nanjing Global Trade Plaza project is taken as an example to introduce the implementation plan for synchronous construction of adjacent ultra-large and ultra-deep foundation pits under soft soil and water-rich stratum.The technical measures taken to achieve synchronous construction and protect rail transit are detailed,and the implementation results are analyzed.Practice has shown that the design plan and the targeted technical measures taken have effectively solved the problem of synchronous implementation of adjacent super-large and super-deep projects,and ensured the safety of adjacent rail transit facilities.The results can provide references for design and construction of deep foundation pit engineering with similar conditions.
