摘 要:高支模施工技术作为一种典型的模板施工技术,能够实现大跨度预应力密肋梁屋盖的施工要求。文章主要以郑州某商务产业园为研究背景,对大跨度密肋预应力梁盖施工的影响因素进行分析,并对大跨度高支模预应力密肋梁进行分析和计算,验证所设计的高支模架的整体稳定性。结果表明:当立杆间距越大,搭设步距越大,无剪刀撑时,高支模体系的稳定承载力越小;当高支模体系材料的立杆间距为1 200 mm,搭设步距为1 500 mm,扫地杆高度为200 mm时,满足现场施工要求。本文结果可为同类工程设计提供参考。As a typical formwork construction technique,high formwork construction technology can meet the construction requirements of large-span prestressed ribbed beam roofs.This article mainly takes a business industrial park in Zhengzhou as the research background,the influencing factors of large-span multi ribbed prestressed beam cover construction is analyzed,and the large-span high formwork prestressed multi ribbed beam is analyzed and calculated to verify the overall stability of the designed high formwork.The results show that the larger the spacing between the uprights and the larger the step distance of the erection,the smaller the stable bearing capacity of the high support formwork system without diagonal braces.In this project,the spacing between the uprights of the high formwork system material is 1200 mm,the installation step distance is 1500 mm,and the height of the sweeping rod is 200 mm,which meets the requirements of on-site construction.The results of this article can provide reference for similar engineering designs in the future.
