摘　　要：乡村社会治理共同体表征为上下贯通、内外融通、农民联通的行动者网络,具有“关系升级”的属性。构建乡村社会治理共同体需要经历社会动员的过程,具体表现为从机械动员到有机动员的机制升级。基于对山东省曹县孙庄村改革开放以来的发展转型历程分析,机械动员是依靠地方性情境中能人及其情感关系而展开的表层事务导向型动员,通过能人带动并顺应村民跟随、模仿、从众的心理,达成“志同”的初级结合体构建目标;而有机动员是依靠开放性情境中制度塑造的村民间分工与协作而展开的深层结构导向型动员,通过建构村民积极、主动、创造性的价值观念,并重塑村民对乡村社会治理共同体的认同感、归属感、责任感,而达成“道合”的高级复合体构建目标。乡村社会治理共同体构建机制升级中的机械动员与有机动员框架,有助于回应中国式现代化进程中情理融合的关系升级何以可能的议题。The rural social governance community is characterized by a vertically and horizontally interconnected network of actors,along with connectivity among farmers.It features relationship upgrading.Building a rural social governance community necessitates a process of social mobilization,which is reflected in the upgrading of mechanism from mechanical mobilization to organic mobilization.Based on an analysis of the development and transformation process of Sunzhuang Village in Cao County,Shandong Province since the reform and opening-up,mechanical mobilization is a mobilization centered on superficial affairs.It relies on capable individuals and their emotional connections within the local context.By leveraging the leadership of capable people and conforming to farmers'psychology of following,imitating,and conforming,it aims to achieve the establishment of a basic combination of shared aspirations.On the other hand,organic mobilization is a mobilization oriented towards the deep-structure.It is based on the division of labor and cooperation among farmers shaped by the system in an open context.By cultivating positive,proactive,and creative values among farmers and reshaping their sense of identity,belonging,and responsibility towards the rural social governance community,it aims to achieve the construction of a high-level cooperation complex.The framework of mechanical mobilization and organic mobilization in the upgrading of the construction mechanism of the rural social governance community will contribute to addressing the issue of how the relationship between emotion and reason can be upgraded in the process of Chinese path to modernization.
