摘　　要：在现代性语境中,社会工作专业自觉到了其所面对的伦理困境。对伦理困境的破解却仍然局限在封闭的现代性原则内部。适度伦理作为一种伦理承诺,以生活世界为分析伦理问题的起点,在特定社会治理结构中建构社会工作的伦理维度。建立在尊重社会工作者主体地位和默会知识基础上,才能构建起以幸福生活为目的的社会工作价值追求,从而将破解伦理困境的思想原则从抽象理性转变为幸福生活。Within the context of modernity,the social work profession has become increasingly cognizant of the ethical dilemmas it confronts.However,attempts to resolve these dilemmas remain confined within the closed episte‐mological framework of modernist principles.Moderate ethics,as an ethical commitment,takes the lifeworld as its analytical starting point for ethical inquiry,thereby constructing social work's ethical dimensions within specific socio-governance structures.Only by affirming the agential status of social workers and recognizing the legitimacy of tacit knowledge can we establish social work value orientation aimed at fostering a fulfilling life.This paradigm shift transforms the intellectual principles for deciphering ethical dilemmas from abstract rationality to the concrete pursuit of a fulfilling life.
