摘　　要：目的构建麻醉护理单元护理敏感质量指标体系,为麻醉护理质量管理提供科学的工具。方法以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构模型为理论依据,检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science核心合集数据库、MEDLINE、CINAHL、Sciencedirect等中英文数据库中构建或应用麻醉护理质量指标的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2023年11月。通过范围综述和专题小组讨论拟定指标体系初稿,采用目的抽样在全国范围内遴选函询专家,德尔菲法确定指标体系终稿,采用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果两轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为90%和100%,专家权威系数为0.945和0.958,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.148、0.162(P<0.001)。最终形成了包含3项一级指标、9项二级指标和22项三级指标的麻醉护理单元护理敏感质量指标体系。结论构建的麻醉护理单元护理敏感质量指标体系具有较好的科学性、可靠性和临床适用性,符合麻醉护理质量管理需求,可为客观评价麻醉护理单元护理质量提供一定参考。Objective To construct a nursing-sensitive quality indicator system for the anesthesia nursing unit and provide a scientific tool for the quality management of anesthesia nursing.Methods Based on the“structure-process-outcome”three-dimensional quality structure model,relevant studies on the construction or application of anesthesia nursing quality indicators in Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Web of Science Core Collection Database,MEDLINE,CINAHL,Sciencedirect were searched.The search period is up to November 2023.the first draft of the indicator system was formulated through a scoping review and focus group discussions.The purpose sampling was used to select experts nationwide.The Delphi method determined the final draft of the indicator system,and the weights of indicators at all levels were determined using the analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of mailed questionnaires were 90%and 100%respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.945 and 0.958,and Kendall’s W values were 0.148 and 0.162(P<0.001).Finally,a nursing-sensitive quality indicator system for the anesthesia nursing unit has been established,which includes 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 22 third-level indicators.Conclusion The nursing-sensitive quality indicator system constructed for the anesthesia nursing unit has good scientificity,reliability,and clinical applicability.It meets the requirements of anesthesia nursing quality management and can offer certain references for objectively evaluating the nursing quality for the anesthesia nursing unit.
