摘　　要：目的优化泽兰合剂制备工艺。方法以芍药苷转移率和干膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,考察料液比、提取时间和提取次数对提取工艺的影响,利用Box-Behnken响应面法优化提取工艺。以芍药苷含量和干膏得率为评价指标,考察减压浓缩和常压浓缩两种不同浓缩方式,并加以澄清度为评价指标,来筛选离心纯化方式。结果最佳工艺条件为提取时间1.5 h,料液比为1∶10,提取2次;浓缩工艺为减压浓缩(70℃,-0.06~-0.08 mPa);纯化工艺为10000 r/min离心20 min。结论该优化工艺方法简便,准确可靠,可为泽兰合剂及同类制剂提取工艺的优化提供参考和依据。Objective To optimize the preparation process of Zeilan Heji.Methods Taking the comprehensive score of paeoniflorin transfer rate and dry extract yield as the evaluation index,the effects of material-liquid ratio,extraction time,and extraction times on the extraction process were investigated,and the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process.The content of paeoniflorin and the dry extract yield were used as evaluation indexes to investigate two different methods of concentration,and the clarity were used as the evaluation indexes to screen the centrifugal purification methods.Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction time was 1.5 h,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶10,the extraction time was twice,the concentration process was decompression con-centration(70℃,-0.06 to-0.08 mPa),and the purification process was centrifugal purification at 10000 r/min for 20 min.Conclusion The preparation process of Zeilan Heji is simple,accurate and reliable,and can provide reference and basis for optimizing the extraction process of Zeilan Heji and similar preparations.
