摘　　要：本文综述了沉默信息调节因子(SIRT)6激活剂在骨关节炎治疗中的研究进展,重点探讨其作用机制及相关研究现状。骨关节炎作为一种常见的退行性关节疾病,其主要特征包括关节软骨的逐渐丧失、骨质增生及慢性炎症,传统治疗方法常效果不佳和恢复缓慢,迫切需要新的治疗策略。通过综述骨关节炎的病理机制揭示疾病治疗靶点,分析SIRT6的生物学功能,阐述SIRT6激活剂在骨关节炎治疗中的应用,为骨关节炎治疗提供新靶点,为未来应用奠定基础。This article reviews research progress of silence information regulator(SIRT)6 activators in the treatment of osteoarthritis,with a focus on exploring their mechanism of action and related research status.Osteoarthritis,as a common degenerative joint disease,is characterized by gradual loss of articular cartilage,bone hyperplasia,and chronic inflammation.Traditional treatment methods often have poor efficacy and slow recovery,there is an urgent need for new treatment strategies.By reviewing pathological mechanisms of osteoarthritis,revealing therapeutic targets of the disease,analyzing biological functions of SIRT6,elaborating on application of SIRT6 activators in the treatment of osteoarthritis,this study provides new targets for the treatment of osteoarthritis,and lays foundation for future application.
