脂肪酸氧化代谢调控PPARγ治疗银屑病的研究进展

摘　　要：银屑病是多因素免疫介导的炎症性皮肤病,Treg/Th17轴的失衡在银屑病的发病中起着重要作用。通过调节Treg/Th17轴,使其恢复平衡是治疗银屑病的关键。过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体γ是过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体家族的一员,通过促进脂肪酸转运、增强脂肪酸β氧化产能及其他方式增强脂肪酸氧化代谢产能。脂肪酸氧化代谢产能增加,为调节性T细胞(Treg)提供更多的能量,相对减少为辅助性T细胞17(Th17)细胞供能,为na?觙ve T细胞向Treg细胞转化创造了条件,从而调节Treg/Th17轴平衡,发挥减轻银屑病炎症的作用。本文就过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体γ通过介导脂肪酸氧化代谢,调节Treg/Th17轴的平衡,发挥减轻银屑病炎症的作用作一综述,旨在为相关临床研究和动物实验提供参考。Psoriasis is a multifactorial immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease,and the imbalance of Treg/Th17 axis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Restoring balance to the Treg/Th17 axis by adjusting it is the key to treating psoriasis.Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγis a member of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor family that enhances fatty acid oxidative metabolic productivity by promoting fatty acid transport,enhancing fatty acidβoxidative capacity,and other means.The increased fatty acid oxidative metabolic productivity provides more energy for regulatory T cell(Treg)and less energy for helper T cell 17(Th17),creating conditions for na?觙ve T cells to transform into Treg cells,thereby regulating the balance of the Treg/Th17 axis and playing a role in reducing inflammation in psoriasis.In this review,the effects of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγon regulating the balance of Treg/Th17 axis by mediating oxidative metabolism of fatty acids and alleviating inflammation in psoriasis are reviewed,in order to provide references for related clinical studies and animal experiments.
