摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种在睡眠期间因上气道阻塞引起的呼吸暂停和低通气,导致睡眠结构紊乱及长期间歇性低氧血症的呼吸障碍疾病,其特征为打鼾和日间嗜睡等。目前无创正压通气和手术等治疗方法存在一定的局限性。近年来,中医药遵循辨证论治原则,通过内服中药、针灸、耳穴压丸、推拿等治疗手段,以简便、高效、经济著称,尤其多种疗法协同应用能实现增效及互补作用。未来研究方向应包括实施多中心临床试验,以制订和优化中医药治疗该病标准化诊疗方案和应用指南,并阐明中医证候在该疾病中的分布特征及其内在规律。本文对OSAHS的中医理论认知、病因病机、并发症及防治等相关研究进展进行综述,以期为中医药防治OSAHS提供参考借鉴。Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a type of respiratory arrest and hypopnea caused by upper airway obstruction during sleep,resulting in disordered sleep structure,long-term intermittent hypoxemia,and other respiratory disorders,its characteristics include snoring and daytime sleepiness.At present,there are certain limitations to non-invasive positive pressure ventilation and surgical treatment methods.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy has followed the principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,is famous for its simplicity,efficiency and economy by taking Chinese materia medica orally,acupuncture and moxibustion,auricular point pressing pills,massage and other treatment methods,especially synergistic application of multiple therapies can achieve synergistic and complementary effects.Future research directions should include implementing multicenter clinical trials to develop and optimize standardized diagnosis and treatment plans and application guidelines for traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in the treatment of this disease,elucidates distribution characteristics and underlying laws of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in this disease.This article reviews research progress on traditional Chinese medicine theory,etiology,pathogenesis,complications,prevention and treatment of OSAHS,in order to provide reference and guidance for prevention and treatment of OSAHS with traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy.
