摘 要:《中医内科学》承担培养能运用中医诊疗思维方法、实践技能和基本现代医学知识,从事中医医疗与预防工作的高级中医临床人才。针对课程教学过程中的痛点问题,课程团队主动“识变、应变、求变”,以“新医科”建设为标准,紧扣“传经典师承、授中医思维、育中医之才”的育人目标,重构课程内容、重组教学方法、重整教学资源、重塑教学评价,依托实体课堂、网络平台、移动终端,结合问题链+案例库,采取对分课堂+五E的混合式教学,打造“思维进阶构建、深度学习推动、多维评价运用”的创新教学模式,最终实现情境启思→探究促思→展学言思→迁移拓思→评价反思的思维进阶训练沉浸式教学氛围,形成“奠中医学术之基、固专业自信之本、培中医创新之源”的教学理念,达到“夯实基点→传承亮点→把握重点→覆盖盲点→破解难点,思政一线贯穿五点”教学目的。培养“厚植仁医情怀、赋能中医振兴”的“五术”人才。Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine aims to cultivate advanced clinical talents who can apply traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic and treatment thinking methods,practical skills,and basic modern medical knowledge to engage in traditional Chinese medicine medical treatment and prevention work.In response to pain points in the course teaching process,course team actively“recognizes,adapts,and seeks change”,taking construction of“new medicine”as standard,closely adhering to educational goals of“passing on classic teachings,teaching traditional Chinese medicine thinking,and cultivating talents in traditional Chinese medicine”,reconstructing course content,reorganizing teaching methods,reorganizing teaching resources,and reshaping teaching evaluation.Based on physical classrooms,online platforms,and mobile terminals,combined with problem chains and case libraries,adopting blended learning approach of split classroom and five E,creating innovative teaching model of“advanced thinking construction,deep learning promotion,and multidimensional evaluation application”.Ultimate actualizes“circumstances to enlighten thinking→inquiry to promote thinking→expanding learning to express thinking→transfer to explore thinking→evaluation to reflect thinking”,and forms the immersive teaching atmosphere of“thinking advanced training”.To form the teaching concept of“laying the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine,consolidating the foundation of professional self-confidence,and cultivating the source of innovation of traditional Chinese medicine”,so as to achieve the teaching purpose of“consolidating the foundation point→inheriting the highlights→grasping the key points→covering the blind spots→solving the difficulties,and the ideological and political line runs through the five points”.Cultivate talents in“five techniques”of cultivating a strong sense of benevolence towards medicine and empowering revitalization of traditional Chinese medicine.
