夏橘化瘀胶囊治疗痰瘀互结型颈动脉粥样硬化的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨夏橘化瘀胶囊治疗痰瘀互结型颈动脉粥样硬化的临床效果。方法选择2023年10月至2024年8月于山东省潍坊市中医院诊疗的70例痰瘀互结型颈动脉粥样硬化患者。根据随机数字表法将患者分成两组,每组各35例。对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用夏橘化瘀胶囊,两组均持续治疗14周。比较两组颈动脉彩超指标、血脂指标、炎症指标、甘油三酯-葡萄糖(TyG)指数、中医证候效果和安全性。结果治疗后,两组颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)薄于治疗前,斑块面积小于治疗前,Crouse积分低于治疗前,且观察组颈动脉IMT薄于对照组,斑块面积小于对照组,Crouse积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血脂指标水平、炎症指标水平和TyG指数均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论夏橘化瘀胶囊能明显改善颈动脉粥样硬化患者的颈动脉斑块,降低血脂水平,减轻炎症反应,为患者提供更优的中西医结合治疗方案。Objective To explore clinical effect of Xiaju Huayu Capsules in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis with intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 70 patients with carotid atherosclerosis with intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis type admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province from October 2023 to August 2024 were selected.According to random number table method,patients were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Xiaju Huayu Capsules in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 weeks.Carotid artery ultrasound indicators,blood lipid indicators,inflammation indicators,triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome effect,and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,intima-media thickness(IMT)of carotid arteries in the two groups were thinner than before treatment,plaque area in the two groups were smaller than before treatment,Crouse scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment,IMT of carotid arteries in the observation group was thinner than that in the control group,plaque area in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,Crouse score in the observation groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,blood lipid index levels,inflammation index levels,and TyG index in the two groups were lower than before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaju Huayu Capsules can significantly improve carotid plaque of carotid atherosclerosis patients,reduce the level of blood lipids,reduce inflammatory reaction,provide patients with better treatment schem
