摘　　要：轨道车辆地板布随着使用时间的增长,存在磨损和老化的问题,需要对其进行修补或者更换处理,但要实现轨道车辆地板布的高效可靠分解是一个在车辆运营维护过程中面临的实际问题。在调研现有分解方法的基础上,提出了一种使用加热软化结构胶的方式,设计相应的地板布电加热器,辅助分解地板布。通过设置不同温度下地板布拉力实验来对工装样机效果进行验证。结果表明,加热温度对多种型号的地板布分解具有显著效果,即使在实验条件下地板布的各层温度并没有完全达到预定温度,仍可减少分解拉力。With the growth of use time,there are problems of wear and aging of rail vehicle floor cloth,which need to be repaired or replaced,but to achieve efficient and reliable decomposition of rail vehicle floor cloth is a practical problem faced in the process of vehicle operation and maintenance.On the basis of the investigation of the existing decomposition methods,a method of heating softening structural adhesive was proposed,and the corresponding electric heater for floor cloth was designed to assist in the decomposition of floor cloth.The effect of the tooling prototype was verified by setting up the floor blali experiment at different temperatures.The results showed that the heating temperature had a significant effect on the decomposition of various types of floor cloth,and even if the temperature of each layer of the floor cloth did not reach the predetermined temperature completely under the experimental conditions,the decomposition tensile force could still be reduced.
