摘  要:为探讨功能性单体对聚合物水泥材料的性能影响,合成了一系列含不同功能性单体及含量的聚丙烯酸酯乳液,研究其与水泥粉体之间的相容性。测试表明,含羧基的乳液与水泥粉体的相容性较好,涂膜的综合性能较优,羧基乳液涂膜的拉伸强度较纯乳液提升了71.6%,断裂伸长率提升了近1.8倍,吸水率下降了27.4%;含羟基的乳液与水泥粉体相容性差,涂膜的力学性能、柔性、耐水性差,但涂膜平整无颗粒,随着羟基含量的增加,涂膜的力学性能、柔性、吸水率皆呈现增长的趋势;含酯基的乳液与水泥粉体相容性差,涂膜的力学性能、柔性、耐水性居于羧基乳液与羟基乳液二者之间。In order to explore the effect of functional monomers on the properties of polymer cement materials,a series of polyacrylate emulsions containing different functional monomers and contents were synthesized to study their compatibility with cement powders.The test results showed that the carboxyl-containing emulsion had better compatibility with cement powder,the comprehensive performance of the coating film was better,the tensile strength of the carboxyl-based emulsion coating film was increased by 71.6%,the elongation at break was increased by nearly 1.8 times,and the water absorption was reduced by 27.4%.The emulsion containing hydroxyl group had poor compatibility with cement powder,and the mechanical properties,flexibility and water resistance of the coating film were poor,but the coating film was smooth and particle-free,and with the increase of hydroxyl content,the mechanical properties,flexibility and water absorption of the coating film showed an increasing trend.The compatibility between ester-based emulsion and cement powder was poor,and the mechanical properties,flexibility and water resistance of the coating film were between carboxyl emulsion and hydroxyl emulsion.
