摘 要:针对水轮发电机过流部件在长期服役过程中受到泥沙磨损而发生损伤,采用热喷涂等表面涂层防护技术可减缓过流部件的泥沙磨损速率,但服役过程中涂层仍然会发生局部脱落,引起基体损伤,金属材料快速修补剂可发挥良好修补和防护作用。为探明固化工艺及WC含量对快速修补剂强度和耐磨性能的影响,制备了常温固化和高温固化样品,并在修补剂中掺入1%、5%、10%的WC颗粒,对修补剂的粘接强度和耐磨性能进行了测试,结果表明,高温固化后的修补剂与金属粘接强度可达50 MPa左右,WC颗粒的掺入降低修补剂的内聚强度,当其含量为1%时,其耐磨性能进一步得到改善和提高,且结合强度仍然达到42 MPa。In view of the damage caused by sediment wear in the long-term service process of the overflow parts of the hydrogenerator,the use of surface coating protection technologies such as thermal spraying can slow down the sediment wear rate of the overflow parts,but the coating will still fall off locally during the service process,causing damage to the matrix,and the metal material rapid repair agent can play a good role in repair and protection.In order to find out the effects of curing process and WC content on the strength and wear resistance of the fast repair agent,the samples cured at room temperature and at high temperature were prepared,and the adhesion strength and wear resistance of the repair agent were tested by adding 1%,5%and 10%WC particles into the repair agent,and the results showed that the bonding strength between the repair agent and the metal after high temperature curing could reach about 50 MPa,and the incorporation of WC particles reduced the cohesive strength of the repair agent,and when its content was 1%,its wear resistance was further improved and increased.And the binding strength still reached 42 MPa.
