摘  要:采用喷砂处理和氢氟酸处理2种方法对二硅酸锂陶瓷表面进行处理,通过粘接性能测试,观察2种处理方法对自粘接树脂水门汀粘接强度和粘接耐久性的影响。研究结果表明,水中储存24 h后氢氟酸组试件剪切粘接强度显著高于喷砂组,20000次循环后氢氟酸组试件剪切粘接强度显著高于喷砂组。研究发现喷砂处理对自粘接树脂水门汀粘接强度和粘接耐久性的影响较大,酸蚀处理通常能够获得更好的机械嵌合力,分析酸蚀能够使二硅酸锂陶瓷表面产生更多的微裂纹和孔隙,从而提高粘接强度相关。Two methods of sandblasting and hydrofluoric acid treatment were used to treat the surface of lithium disilicate ceramics,and the effects of the two treatment methods on the adhesive strength and bonding durability of the self-adhesive resin cements were observed through the adhesive performance test.The results showed that the shear adhesion strength of the hydrofluoric acid group was significantly higher than that of the sandblasting group after 24 h of storage in water,and the shear bonding strength of the hydrofluoric acid group was significantly higher than that of the sandblasting group after 20000 cycles.It is found that sandblasting treatment has a great effect on the bonding strength and bonding durability of self-adhesive resin cement,acid etching can usually obtain better mechanical inlay,and analysis of acid etching can produce more microcracks and pores on the surface of lithium disilicate ceramics,thereby improving the bond strength correlation.
