摘  要:为解决丁基胶内溢对品质有更高要求的玻璃深加工企业的困扰问题,主要分析了中空玻璃生产和使用过程可能造成丁基胶内溢的原因,并提出了相应的改善方法。主要从生产过程、使用过程2个阶段详细阐述了丁基胶内溢的原因。使用高品质的丁基胶配合高模量的外道胶、中空玻璃充气工艺只能延缓丁基胶内溢情况的出现,或者减小丁基胶内溢程度。想要完全解决丁基胶内溢问题,目前比较成熟的方法是使用热塑性暖边间隔密封胶制作中空玻璃。随着社会的发展,节能环保、完美外观开始成为高端中空玻璃系统必备的条件。In order to solve the problem of butyl glue overflow and glass deep processing enterprises with higher quality requirements,the reasons for the overflow of butyl glue in the production and use process of insulating glass were mainly analyzed,and the corresponding improvement methods were proposed.The reasons for the overflow of butyl rubber were elaborated from two stages:production process and use process.The use of high-quality butyl rubber combined with high-modulus outer rubber and insulating glass aeration process can only delay the occurrence of butyl rubber overflow,or reduce the degree of butyl rubber overflow.In order to completely solve the problem of butyl rubber overflow,the current more mature method is to use thermoplastic warm edge spacer sealant to make insulating glass.With the development of society,energy saving,environmental protection and perfect appearance have begun to become the necessary conditions for high-end insulating glass systems.
