地铁施工中钢筋与复合混凝土结构的粘结性能研究

摘  要:为提高地铁施工中钢筋与混凝土的稳定性,确保钢筋、混凝土粘结牢固,研究测试地铁施工中钢筋与混凝土粘结性能。分别采用淀粉、氢氧化钠以及掺量分别为3%、4%、5%的磷酸二氢钠制备粘合材料,同时准备混凝土与钢筋材料,制备钢筋混凝土试件,采用拉拔试验、紫外光老化试验、重锤冲击试验等方法,测试不同粘合剂材料粘结后的钢筋与混凝土试件粘结性能。经试验分析可知,采用4%磷酸二氢钠制成的粘合剂粘结后的试件在长时间的紫外光老化下可以维持较佳的粘结强度、断裂伸长率以及硬度,且该种试件在拉拔试验下具有较高的粘结应力。In order to improve the stability of steel bars and concrete in subway construction and ensure the firm bonding of steel bars and concrete,the bonding performance of steel bars and concrete in subway construction was studied and tested.Starch,sodium hydroxide and sodium dihydrogen phosphate with a content of 3%,4%and 5%were used to prepare the adhesive materials,and the concrete and steel materials were prepared at the same time,and the reinforced concrete specimens were prepared,and the bonding properties of the steel bars and concrete specimens after bonding of different binder materials were tested by drawing test,ultraviolet light aging test and heavy hammer impact test.The test analysis showed that the adhesive made of 4%sodium dihydrogen phosphate could maintain better bond strength,elongation at break and hardness under long-term ultraviolet aging,and the specimen had high bonding stress under the tensile test.
