摘　　要：为保证桥梁用环氧树脂胶粘剂的应用性能,确定胶粘剂的最佳固化温度,研究不同固化温度下桥梁用环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备与性能。准备环氧树脂胶粘剂制备所需的原料与仪器,从环氧值、固化剂胺用量等方面,确定胶粘剂制备配方。设定80、100、120、140和160℃这5个固化温度,利用温度指示控制仪实现制备环境温度的控制,得出不同固化温度下的环氧树脂胶粘剂制备结果。测试结果表明,120℃固化温度下桥梁用环氧树脂胶粘剂的收缩率取值最低,为9.2%,粘接强度、压缩强度和拉伸剪切强度取值最大,由此证明120℃固化温度下的胶粘剂具有更优的力学性能,为最佳固化温度。In order to ensure the application performance of epoxy resin adhesive for bridges,the optimal curing temperature of the adhesive was determined,and the preparation and performance of epoxy resin adhesive for bridges under different curing temperatures were studied.Prepare the raw materials and instruments required for the preparation of epoxy resin adhesive,and determine the adhesive preparation formula from the aspects of epoxy value and curing agent amine dosage.The five curing temperatures of 80,100,120,140 and 160℃were set,and the temperature indicator controller was used to control the preparation environment temperature,and the preparation results of epoxy resin adhesive at different curing temperatures were obtained.The test results showed that the shrinkage of epoxy resin adhesive for bridge was the lowest at 120℃,which was 9.2%,and the adhesive strength,compressive strength and tensile shear strength were the largest,which proved that the adhesive at 120℃curing temperature had better mechanical properties and is the best curing temperature.
