摘  要:基于经济成本所采购的医院耗材具有相同使用性能或更优使用性能,据此对比分析了医院耗材用纤维复合材料和涂层纤维复合材料的阻燃性能、力学性能等。结果表明,对比试样和试样1、试样2、试样3都未达到垂直燃烧水平。对比试样和试样5都没有附着力,而试样1、试样2、试样3和试样4的附着力分别为1、2、2和3级;从拉伸强度来看,涂层纤维复合材料的拉伸强度都高于对比试样。试样4具有良好的阻燃性能和力学性能,其附着力为3级、拉伸强度为24.96 MPa,且限氧指数为28.9%、水平燃烧自熄时间为8 s、垂直燃烧通过V-0测试,在相同采购成本下,应优选试样4作为医院耗材。The hospital consumables purchased based on economic cost have the same performance or better performance,and the flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of the fiber composites and coated fiber composites for hospital consumables were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the comparison specimen,sample 1,sample 2 and sample 3 did not reach the vertical combustion level.There was no adhesion to the comparison specimen and specimen 5,while the adhesion of specimen 1,specimen 2,specimen 3 and specimen 4 were grade 1,2,2 and 3,respectively.From the perspective of tensile strength,the tensile strength of coated fiber composites was higher than that of the comparison specimens.Sample 4 had good flame retardant properties and mechanical properties,its adhesion was grade 3,tensile strength was 24.96 MPa,and the oxygen limiting index was 28.9%,the horizontal combustion self-extinguishing time was 8 s,and the vertical combustion passes the V-0 test.Under the same procurement cost,sample 4 should be selected as a hospital consumable.
