大豆蛋白基改性胶粘剂在艺术设计造型中的应用

摘  要:以艺术设计用大豆蛋白基胶粘剂为设计原型,考察了变性剂类型对胶粘剂结构、固体含量、黏度和耐水性的影响,并在此基础上优化了胶粘剂胶合板的热压工艺。结果表明,交联剂改性的大豆蛋白基胶粘剂中已经形成了致密的共价交联网络结构。相较未添加交联剂改性的大豆蛋白基胶粘剂,硼砂+亚硫酸钠复合变性剂改性大豆蛋白基胶粘剂的吸水值相对较大、凝胶含量相较有所减小,而BEPH变性剂改性大豆蛋白基胶粘剂和BHTA变性剂改性大豆蛋白基胶粘剂的吸水值相对较小、固体含量和黏度相对较低,适宜的艺术设计用胶粘剂为BHTA变性剂改性大豆蛋白基胶粘剂。Taking the soybean protein-based adhesive for art design as the prototype,the effects of denaturant type on the adhesive structure,solid content,viscosity and water resistance were investigated,and the hot pressing process of adhesive plywood was optimized on this basis.The results showed that a dense covalent cross-linking network structure had been formed in the soybean protein-based adhesive modified by the crosslinker.Compared with the soybean protein-based adhesive modified without crosslinker,the water absorption value of the soybean protein-based adhesive modified by borax+sodium sulfite composite denaturant was relatively large,and the gel content was reduced,while the water absorption value of the soybean protein-based adhesive modified by BEPH denaturant and the soybean protein-based adhesive modified by BHTA denaturant was relatively small,and the solid content and viscosity were relatively low.The suitable adhesive for art design is a BHTA denaturant modified soy protein-based adhesive.
