摘　　要：为了提升马拉松场地器械修复用胶粘剂的使用性能,对比分析了未改性二硫化钼和氨基功能化改性二硫化钼质量分数对胶粘剂粘接性能、拉伸性能、冲击性能和热机械性能的影响。结果表明,氨基功能化处理后DDS已经成功接枝到二硫化钼纳米片上;未改性二硫化钼-环氧树脂胶粘剂试样和氨基功能化改性二硫化钼-环氧树脂胶粘剂试样的性能都会随着二硫化钼纳米片质量分数增加而先增大后减小,在未改性二硫化钼和氨基功能化改性二硫化钼质量分数为0.9%时取得最大值,氨基功能化改性二硫化钼-环氧树脂胶粘剂试样的粘接性能等要优于未改性二硫化钼-环氧树脂胶粘剂试样,更适宜于在马拉松场地器械修复中使用。In order to improve the performance of adhesives for the repair of marathon equipment,the effects of the mass fractions of unmodified molybdenum disulfide and amino functionalized modified molybdenum disulfide on the adhesive bonding performance,tensile properties,impact properties and thermomechanical properties of the adhesives were compared and analyzed.The results showed that DDS had been successfully grafted onto molybdenum disulfide nanosheets after amino functionalization.The properties of the unmodified molybdenum disulfide-epoxy resin adhesive specimens and the amino-functionalized modified molybdenum disulfide-epoxy resin adhesive specimens increased first and then decreased with the increase of the mass fraction of molybdenum disulfide nanosheets,and the maximum value was obtained when the mass fraction of the unmodified molybdenum disulfide and amino functionalized modified molybdenum disulfide adhesive specimens was 0.9%,and the adhesive properties of the amino-functionalized modified molybdenum disulfide-epoxy resin adhesive specimens were better than those of the unmodified molybdenum disulfide-epoxy resin adhesive specimens.It is more suitable for use in the repair of marathon equipment.
