摘 要:为进一步降低钻杆振动过程中磨损,采用白色聚氟乙烯粉末与镍粉提高增加钻杆的刚度和强度,并在钻杆纵-扭耦合振动动力学模型的基础上进行合理性假设,建立钻杆扭转振动微分方程。实验结果表明,钻杆的操作频率接近固有频率时,其容易引发共振现象,从而导致振动幅度的增大,且当聚氟乙烯粉末与镍粉覆盖在钻杆表面上时,不同固有频率下的钻杆质量损失均小于无有机材料覆盖的钻杆。当钻杆旋转并与岩石发生磨损时,外层的高硬度白色聚氟乙烯粉末与镍粉作为硬质相具有优异的抗变形能力,从而减少钻杆振动过程中的磨损。In order to further reduce the wear during the vibration of the drill pipe,white polyvinyl fluoride powder and nickel powder were used to increase the stiffness and strength of the drill pipe,and the rationality assumption was made on the basis of the longitudinal-torsional coupling vibration dynamic model of the drill pipe,and the differential equation of torsional vibration of the drill pipe was established.The experimental results showed that when the operating frequency of the drill pipe was close to the natural frequency,it was easy to cause resonance,which lead to the increase of vibration amplitude,and when the polyvinyl fluoride powder and nickel powder were covered on the surface of the drill pipe,the mass loss of the drill pipe at different natural frequencies was less than that of the drill pipe without organic material covering.When the drill pipe rotated and wear with the rock,the outer layer of high-hardness white polyvinyl fluoride powder and nickel powder had excellent deformation resistance as a hard phase,thereby reducing the wear during the vibration of the drill pipe.
