摘 要:为减少露天采矿地基沉降,进一步提升露天矿场地基治理技术与施工质量,以硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、石膏、石灰为原材料,制备了一种用于露天采矿治理的地基治理复合材料。通过分析不同水灰比以及不同硫铝酸盐水泥熟料和石膏石灰混合物质量比条件下,地基治理复合材料的流动性、凝结时间、抗压强度,确定了地基治理施工材料的最佳配比是水灰比为1,硫铝酸盐水泥熟料与石膏石灰混合物的质量比为1∶1。该配比下,地基治理复合材料的流动度为38.22s,初凝时间和终凝时间分别为7min和22min,60d养护龄期的抗压强度为30MPa。In order to reduce the settlement of open-pit mining foundation and further improve the foundation treatment technology and construction quality of open-pit mining site,a foundation treatment composite material for open-pit mining treatment was prepared using sulfoaluminate cement clinker,gypsum and lime as raw materials.By analyzing the fluidity,setting time and compressive strength of foundation construction materials under different water-cement ratios and different quality ratios of sulfoaluminate cement clinker and gypsum-lime mixture,the optimal ratio of water-cement treatment materials was determined to be 1,and the mass ratio of sulfoaluminate cement clinker and gypsum lime mixture was 1∶1.Under this ratio,the fluidity of the ground-treated composites was 38.22 s,the initial setting time and final setting time were 7 min and 22 min,respectively,and the compressive strength of the 60-day curing age was 30 MPa.
