一种矿山机电设备用新型防腐涂料制备及性能研究

摘  要:为了提高智能矿山机电设备腐蚀防护效率,以聚乙二醇、环氧树脂和有机多元胺为合成原料,制备出了一种改性环氧固化剂EM-2,将其进一步与环氧树脂E51相混合,制备出了一种适合智能矿山机电设备防腐用的新型防腐涂料EMR-2,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明,当选择聚乙二醇的种类为PEG1200,聚乙二醇和环氧树脂E20的摩尔比为1∶1,催化剂四氯化锡的加量为0.6%,有机多元胺的种类为1,3-苯二甲胺时,改性环氧固化剂EM-2和新型防腐涂料EMR-2的各项性能参数均能满足相关标准的要求。制备的改性环氧固化剂EM-2具有良好的稳定性能,新型防腐涂料EMR-2涂层具有良好的力学性能和耐久性能。In order to improve the corrosion protection efficiency of intelligent mine electromechanical equipment,a modified epoxy curing agent EM-2 was prepared with polyethylene glycol,epoxy resin and organic polyamine as synthetic raw materials,and it was further mixed with epoxy resin E51 to prepare a new anti-corrosion coating EMR-2 suitable for anti-corrosion of intelligent mine electromechanical equipment,and its comprehensive performance was evaluated.The results showed that when the type of polyethylene glycol was PEG1200,the molar ratio of polyethylene glycol and epoxy resin E20 was 1∶1,the addition of catalyst tin tetrachloride was 0.6%,and the type of organic polyamine was 1,3-benzenedimethylamine,the performance parameters of modified epoxy curing agent EM-2 and new anticorrosive coating EMR-2 can meet the requirements of relevant standards.The prepared modified epoxy curing agent EM-2 has good stability performance,and the new anticorrosive coating EMR-2 coating has good mechanical properties and durability.
