摘 要:为提高在装配式建筑中外墙保温材料的保温隔热效果,以水泥、矿粉、膨胀珍珠岩等制备水泥基保温材料,使用生石灰和水玻璃对保温材料分别进行改性,并研究保温材料性能。结果表明,生石灰和水玻璃均可以改善保温材料的保温隔热性能;水玻璃会导致保温材料的7、28 d抗压强度大幅度降低,生石灰则会使保温材料7 d抗压强度减小,28 d抗压强度增大;生石灰对保温材料的改性效果优于水玻璃,当添加10%生石灰时,保温材料综合性能较好,7 d、28 d抗压强度分别为1.32、2.13 MPa,导热系数为0.087 W/(m×K)。In order to improve the thermal insulation effect of the external wall insulation materials in the prefabricated building,cement-based thermal insulation materials were prepared with cement,mineral powder,expanded perlite,etc.,and the insulation materials were modified by quicklime and water glass,and the properties of the thermal insulation materials were studied.The results showed that quicklime and sodium silicate could improve the thermal insulation performance of insulation materials.Water glass would greatly reduce the compressive strength of the insulation material at 7 and 28 days,while quicklime would reduce the compressive strength of the insulation material at 7 days and increase the compressive strength at 28 days.When 10%quicklime was added,the comprehensive performance of the insulation material was better,the compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d was 1.32 MPa,2.13 MPa,and the thermal conductivity was 0.087 W/(m×K).
