呼吸机用CS改性纤维过滤膜抗菌性能测试与应用

摘  要:为提高呼吸机过滤膜的抗菌性能,提出在传统的聚乙烯醇PVA中加入壳聚糖CS,制备一种更具抗菌性的呼吸机纤维膜,以此降低不良事件,对此,研究在传统的聚乙烯醇中加入壳聚糖,并通过纺丝制备呼吸机用的过滤材料,从而提高呼吸机过滤膜的抗菌性能。实验结果表明,制备得到的CS/PVA纤维膜,其在3 h后的细菌抑制率到52.5%,且达到90%的滤组。临床应用表明,实验所用的滤材,对慢阻肺患者的心肺功能有明显效果,其不良事件明显降低。In order to improve the antibacterial performance of the ventilator filter membrane,the addition of chitosan CS to the traditional polyvinyl alcohol PVA was proposed to prepare a more antibacterial ventilator fiber membrane to reduce adverse events.In this study,chitosan was added to the traditional polyvinyl alcohol and the filter material for ventilators was prepared by spinning,so as to improve the antibacterial performance of the ventilator filter membrane.The experimental results showed that the bacterial inhibition rate of the prepared CS/PVA fiber membrane reached 52.5%after 3 h,and reached 90%of the filter group.Clinical application showed that the filter material used in the experiment had a significant effect on the cardiopulmonary function of patients with COPD,and its adverse events were significantly reduced.
