摘 要:为提高界面相容性和力学性能,在玻璃纤维表面引入更多活性基团使其与树脂基体间的作用力提高。对玻璃纤维进行偶联剂处理后进行等离子体表面处理,考察了偶联剂和等离子体表面处理对GF表面微观结构和力学性能的影响情况。实验结果表明,在偶联剂的基础上,进行等离子体处理可在GF的表面引入更多活性基团,显著提高GF的表面活性,从而提高了GF的浸润性,导致力学性能上升。在进行偶联剂处理以及真空等离子体表面处理1 h后的玻璃纤维与环氧树脂复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别提高了40.1%、3.02%和143.4%。In order to improve the interfacial compatibility and mechanical properties,more active groups were introduced on the surface of the glass fiber to increase the force between the glass fiber and the resin matrix.The glass fibers were treated with a coupling agent and then treated with a plasma surface,the effects of coupling agent and plasma surface treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of GF surface were investigated.The experimental results showed that on the basis of the coupling agent,plasma treatment could introduce more active groups on the surface of GF,which could significantly improve the surface activity of GF,thereby improving the wettability of GF and leading to the increase of mechanical properties.The tensile strength,flexural strength and impact strength of glass fiber and epoxy resin composites increased by 40.1%,3.02%and 143.4%,respectively,after coupling agent treatment and vacuum plasma surface treatment for 1 h.
