基于3D打印的热塑性聚氨酯防护材料性能分析及应用

摘  要:在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)中添加金属屏蔽材料钨粉,采用3D打印的方式制作防护材料,并对其性能进行测试,观察其护理应用效果。结果表明,当在TPU-1195A中添加80%钨粉时,防护材料拉伸强度和硬度分别为36.7 MPa、63 HA,熔体黏度较小且分解温度高于245℃,此时防护材料的力学性能、流变性能以及热稳定性较好,可以用于3D打印;防护材料的屏蔽性能随钨粉含量的增加而提高,较佳钨粉含量为80%,此时,防护材料拉伸强度最高为36.7 MPa,X射线屏蔽率为85%;与普通防护服相比,80%W/TPU-1195A全面X射线防护服具备更好的X射线屏蔽性能和舒适性,且可操作性良好。Add metal shielding material tungsten powder to thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU),use 3D printing to produce protective materials,and test their performance to observe their nursing application effect.The results show thatwhen 80%tungsten powder is added to TPU-1195A,the tensile strength and hardness of the protective material are 36.7 MPa and 63 HA,respectively.The melt viscosity is small and the decomposition temperature is higher than 245℃.At this time,the mechanical properties,rheological properties,and thermal stability of the protective material are good,and it can be used for 3D printing.The shielding performance of protective materials increases with the increase of tungsten powder content.The optimal tungsten powder content is 80%.At this time,the tensile strength of the protective material is the highest,at 36.7 MPa,and the X-ray shielding rate is 85%.Compared with ordinary protective clothing,the 80%W/TPU-1195A comprehensive X-ray protective clothing has better X-ray shielding performance and comfort,and good operability.In summary,the protective material has good comprehensive performance and has application value.
