摘 要:在天然气管网布设中,常常存在着多个相互矛盾的目标,如成本最小化、安全性最大化、环境影响最小化等。针对这些多目标问题,如何选择合适的优化算法和策略,实现各个目标之间的平衡与协调,是一个重要的问题。因此,提出双碳背景下的天然气管网布设多目标优化研究。首先通过最小化经济目标和最小化环境影响目标构建多目标函数,并为其设置5个约束条件。然后利用海鸥算法求解多目标函数,得出双碳背景下的天然气管网布设方案。最后根据获得的天然气管网布设方案,对天然气管网进行防腐处理和合理布局。应用测试结果表明:所研究方法在总费用和总体环境影响指数2个指标上均相对更小,由此说明所研究方法的优化效果更好,具有实际应用价值。In the deployment of natural gas pipeline networks,there are often multiple contradictory goals,such as minimizing costs,maximizing safety,and minimizing environmental impact.In view of these multi-objective problems,it is an important issue to choose appropriate optimization algorithms and strategies to achieve the balance and coordination between various objectives.Therefore,a multi-obective optimization study on the layout of natural gas pipeline network under the background of dual carbon background was proposed.Firstly,a multi-objective function was constructed by minimizing the economic objective and the minimizing environmental impact objective,and five constraints were set for it.Then,the seagull algorithm was used to solve the multi-objective function and obtain the layout scheme of the natural gas pipeline network under the background of dual carbon background.Finally,,according to the obtained natural gas pipeline network layout plan,the natural gas pipeline network was treated with anti-corrosion treatment and reasonable layout.The application test results showed that the research method was relatively smaller in the total cost and the overall environmental impact index,which indicates that the optimization effect of the research method is better and has practical application value.
