摘 要:为提高胸腰椎骨折术后固定支具的韧性,采用3D打印技术,以聚乳酸(PLA)树脂和聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)树脂为共混树脂体系,添加纳米二氧化硅和连续型碳纤维,制备一种全树脂打印材料,并探讨其在胸腰椎骨折术后护理中的应用效果。结果表明,PLA树脂和PBAT树脂的优选质量比为92∶8,纳米二氧化硅优选添加量为1%,此时制备的全树脂打印材料拉伸强度为38.7 MPa、弯曲强度为84.5 MPa、冲击强度为182.2 kJ·m^(-2)。除此之外,在胸腰椎骨折术后临床护理中,使用全树脂打印材料固定支具的研究组患者脊柱后凸角和疼痛情况均得到明显改善,优于对照组。因此,本研究制备的全树脂打印材料综合性能良好,可为胸腰椎骨折固定提供临床参考。In order to improve the treatment effect of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures and reduce patient pain,3D printing was used,using poly(lactic acid)(PLA)resin and poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)resin as a blend resin system,adding nano silica and continuous carbon fiber to produce a whole resin printing material,and its application effect in postoperative care of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures was explored.The results show that the optimal mass ratio of PLA resin and PBAT resin is 92∶8,and the optimal amount of nano silica added is 1%.At this time,the tensile strength of the all resin printing material is 38.7 MPa,the bending strength is 84.5 MPa,and the impact strength is 182.2 kJ·m^(-2).In addition,in the postoperative clinical care of thoracolumbar fractures,the study group of patients who used all resin printed materials to fix the support showed significant improvement in spinal kyphosis and pain,which was better than the control group.Therefore,the comprehensive performance of the all resin printing material in this study is good,which can provide clinical reference for the fixation of thoracolumbar fractures.
