摘 要:为提升某660 MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝性能,采用网格法实测机组由高至低4种负荷下烟道入口流速、浓度等分布,并以此为入口参数进行CFD数值模拟计算,发现当前烟道首层催化剂前存在流速分布不均、氨氮量不匹配的问题。通过优化反应器入口导流板来提升首层催化剂前流速分布均匀性,并进行智慧喷氨设计,将原喷氨管路加装自动调节阀门以实现运行中喷氨量的实时调整。经数值模拟验证,优化设计方案能够适应不同负荷下流场变化,各负荷下首层催化剂前流速分布偏差小于15%,氨氮摩尔比分布偏差小于5%,均满足流场技术指标要求。In order to improve the SCR denitrification performance of a 660 MW coal-fired unit,the grid method was used to measure the distribution of flue inlet flow velocity and concentration under four loads from high to low,and CFD numerical simulation calculation was carried out with this as the inlet parameter,and it was found that there were problems of uneven flow velocity distribution and mismatched ammonia nitrogen amount in front of the catalyst in the first layer of the flue.By optimizing the inlet deflector plate of the reactor to improve the uniformity of flow velocity distribution before the first layer of catalyst,the intelligent ammonia injection design was carried out,and the original ammonia injection pipeline was equipped with an automatic adjustment valve to realize the real-time adjustment of the ammonia injection amount during operation.The numerical simulation verification showed that the optimized design scheme could adapt to the changes of the flow field under different loads,and the distribution deviation of the flow velocity before the first layer catalyst under each load was less than 15%,and the distribution deviation of ammonia nitrogen molar ratio was less than 5%,which meets the requirements of the flow field technical indicators.
