摘 要:地震作为一种严重的自然灾害,对钢结构厂房等重要工业设施的影响不可忽视。本研究以钢结构厂房为研究对象,通过模态分析、动力响应分析以及减震设计等方面的研究,评估了其在地震作用下的抗震性能,并提出了相应的优化方案。通过模态分析发现,结构存在低频振动特性及易受地震荷载影响的问题;通过加速度响应分析揭示了不同区域的动力响应差异情况。此外,通过减震设计,采用了TMD设备来提升结构的抗震性能,并对TMD的设计参数和安装工况进行了优化。研究结果表明,通过对TMD的设计参数和安装工况进行优化,发现通过安装8台TMD设备,并且TMD质量比为3%时,可以显著提升厂房结构的抗震性能。综上所述,本研究为钢结构厂房抗震设计提供了重要的理论和实践指导。As a serious natural disaster,the impact of an earthquake on important industrial facilities such as steel structure workshops cannot be ignored.In this study,the seismic performance of the steel structure workshop under seismic action was evaluated through modal analysis,dynamic response analysis and seismic absorption design,and the corresponding optimization scheme was proposed.Through modal analysis,it was found that the structure had the problems of low-frequency vibration characteristics and was susceptible to seismic loads.Through the acceleration response analysis,the differences in dynamic response in different regions were revealed.In addition,through the shock absorption design,TMD equipment was used to improve the seismic performance of the structure,and the design parameters and installation conditions of TMD were optimized.The results showed that by optimizing the design parameters and installation conditions of TMD,it was found that the seismic performance of the plant structure could be significantly improved by installing 8 TMD devices with a TMD mass ratio of 3%.In summary,this study provides important theoretical and practical guidance for the seismic design of steel structure workshops.
