摘  要:为辅助用户实时、准确掌握物资储配运维环境信息,基于物联网技术和传感器技术,设计了一套物资储配运维检测系统。首先,对系统整体框架进行设计,将系统分为ZigBee终端节点、NB-IoT通信模块和云平台三个部分;然后从硬件和软件两方面进行详细设计,并着重阐述了气体传感器的制备方法和封装技术;最后基于搭建的测试环境对所设计气体传感器和系统进行了测试。结果表明,所设计的气体传感器的最大相对误差低于0.3%,灵敏度约为1.417,重复性和稳定性良好;系统整体运行正常,可灵敏感知气体浓度变化,并将数据实时传输到客户端显示,能有效辅助用户实时、准确地掌握物资储配运维环境信息,满足设计需求。To assist users in obtaining real-time and accurate information about the material storage,distribution,operation and maintenance environment,a material storage,distribution,operation and maintenance detection system has been designed based on Internet of Things technology and sensor technology.Firstly,design the overall framework of the system,dividing it into three parts:ZigBee terminal node,NB IoT communication module,and cloud platform;Then,a detailed design was carried out from both hardware and software aspects,with a focus on elaborating the preparation method and packaging technology of gas sensors;Finally,the designed gas sensor and system were tested based on the established testing environment.The test results show that the designed gas sensor has a high detection accuracy and sensitivity,with a maximum relative error of less than 0.3%and a sensitivity of about 1.417.The repeatability and stability are good;The overall operation of the system is normal,and it can sensitively sense changes in gas concentration,and transmit data in real-time to the client for display.This can effectively assist users in grasping real-time and accurate information about the material storage,distribution,operation,and maintenance environment,meeting design requirements.
