摘 要:以某氧化锆生产企业产出的氯化铵废水为处理对象,探究了膜技术集成工艺分离提纯氯化铵的技术可行性。结果表明,利用膜集成系统脱盐率达到99.97%,回收固体氯化铵纯度达到99.5%以上,产品达到GB/T 2946-2018《氯化铵》标准中优等品纯度要求;出水回收利用率为76.7%,电导率≤10μS/cm,可直接回用于生产工序。经济效益分析表明,废水处理成本为28.94元/t,为企业节约生产用水920 t/d。此技术实现了废水中氯化铵的全回收和零排放设计目标,并可为同类废水处理工程的设计和运行提供借鉴。The ammonium chloride wastewater of a zirconia production company as the ob-ject of treatment,the hybrid membrane technology was introduced.The practical results showed that the desalination rate and the purity of NH4Cl by-product could be 99.97%and 99.5%,which met the requirements GB/T 2946-2018 of the fine quality standard of industrial ammo-nium chloride,and 76.7%treated wastewater was recycled in this process.The conductivity of treated wastewater reached 10μS/cm,which can be directly used as production water.Analysis on the operating costs of the process showed that the treatment cost of wastewater was 28.94 yuan/t,which could save production water 920 t/d.The design goal of full recovery of am-monium chloride and zero discharge of wastewater was achieved,which can provide a reference for the design and operation of similar wastewater treatment process.
