余氯在海水输送过程中的衰减研究

摘  要:为探讨海水输送过程对余氯衰减行为的影响,模拟滨海电厂海水输送取水工程运行工况,采用自制的流水试验装置,在不同水温(T)、流速(v)和输送距离(L)下,研究了次氯酸钠(NaClO)不同使用方法下余氯在海水中的衰减趋势,并采用极差分析法研究了余氯衰减影响因素。结果表明,在海水输送过程中,余氯浓度变化趋势主要受加药方式影响,基本不受水温、流速和输送距离等环境因素的影响。在连续投加方式下,余氯浓度因NaClO的不断加入而呈上升趋势;在冲击投加方式下,NaClO在每个加药周期中仅投加一次,因此浓度呈逐渐下降趋势。NaClO投加方式不同,水温、流速、输送距离和余氯浓度对余氯衰减速率的影响也各不相同,连续投加方式下各因素对余氯衰减速率的影响顺序为c_(NaClO)>L=T=v,其中,NaClO加药浓度是影响衰减速率常数的主要敏感因子,环境因素(L、T和v)次之且效果相似;冲击投加方式下各因素的影响顺序为L>T>v>c_(NaClO),L是主敏感因子,其次为T和v,c_(NaClO)影响较小,环境因素的影响大于NaClO加药浓度的影响。In order to study the effect of seawater transportation on the decay behavior of re-sidual chlorine,the attenuation trend of residual chlorine in seawater by different using methods of sodium hypochlorite was studied at different water temperature(T),flow velocity(v)and convey-ing distance(L)under simulated simulated operating conditions of seawater intake engineering in coastal power plant,using self-made flow test device.The influence factors of residual chlorine de-cay were studied by range analysis.The results showed that the variation trend of residual chlorine concentration is mainly affected by the way of dosing and not by environmental factors such as wa-ter temperature,flow velocity and conveying distance in the process of seawater transportation.The concentration of residual chlorine increased with the continuous addition of NaClO in the continu-ous dosing mode.On the contrary,the concentration of NaClO decreased gradually in each dosing cycle because of only one dosing in the impact dosing mode.The effects of water temperature,flow velocity,conveying distance and residual chlorine concentration on the decay rate of residual chlo-rine are also different with different NaClO dosing methods.In the continuous adding mode,the or-der of the effects of each factor on the decay rate of residual chlorine is cNaClO>L=T=v.The main sen-sitive factor affecting reaction rate constant is NaClO concentration,environmental factors(L,T and v)are weaker with similar effect than that of NaClO concentration;In the impact adding mode,the order of the effects of each factor is L>T>v>cNaClO,the main sensitive factor is L,followed by T and v,and cNaClO has a relatively small impact,the influence of environmental factors is greater than that of NaClO dosing concentration.
