铁路隧道工程用纤维混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力评价

摘  要:以混凝土的质量损失率、抗压强度耐蚀系数和劈裂抗拉强度耐蚀系数为评价指标,评价了纤维混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。结果表明:聚丙烯纤维的掺量越大,混凝土的质量损失率先减小后增大,而抗压强度耐蚀系数和劈裂抗拉强度耐蚀系数先增大后减小。当聚丙烯纤维的掺量为1.5 kg/m^(3)时,混凝土试件在不同质量浓度硫酸盐溶液中干湿循环180次后的质量损失率达到最小,而抗压强度耐蚀系数和劈裂抗拉强度耐蚀系数达到最大。其中与未掺纤维的空白混凝土相比,经过5%和10%硫酸钠溶液干湿循环180次后,纤维混凝土试件的抗压强度耐蚀系数分别提升了27.03%、37.50%,劈裂抗拉强度耐蚀系数分别提升了30.67%、54.90%。研究结果表明,聚丙烯纤维的掺入可以有效提高铁路隧道工程用混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。The quality loss rate,compressive strength corrosion resistance coefficient and splitting tensile strength corrosion resistance coefficient of concrete were used as evaluation indica-tors to evaluate the sulfate corrosion resistance of fiber reinforced concrete.The results showed that the higher the content of polypropylene fibers,the first decrease and then increase in the quality loss of concrete,while the corrosion resistance coefficients of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength first increase and then decrease.When the content of polypropylene fiber is 1.5 kg/m^(3),the mass loss rate of concrete specimens after 180 dry wet cycles in sulfate solutions of different mass concentrations reaches the minimum,while the corrosion resistance coefficients of compres-sive strength and splitting tensile strength reach the maximum.Compared with the blank concrete without fiber,the compressive strength and corrosion resistance coefficient of fiber reinforced con-crete specimens increased by 27.03%and 37.50%respectively after 180 cycles of 5%and 10%so-dium sulfate solution,and the splitting tensile strength and corrosion resistance coefficient in-creased by 30.67%and 54.90%respectively.The research results suggested that the addition of polypropylene fibers can effectively improve the sulfate resistance of concrete used in railway tun-nel engineering.
