摘 要:为了提高脱硝自动控制系统的适应性和强鲁棒性,通过将单级PID脱硝控制系统改为串级模糊PID控制系统,并在PID控制系统中引入多种前馈参数,探究其对锅炉稳定负荷和变负荷工况下的出口脱硝效率、小时喷氨量均值、出口氮氧化物波动偏差等因素的影响。通过运行数据证明,精准脱硝系统明显改善了出口氮氧化物波动偏差,减少了喷氨量。In order to improve the adaptability and strong robustness of the denitrification automatic control system,the single-stage PID denitrification control system was changed into a cascade fuzzy PID control system,and a variety of feedforward parameters were introduced into the PID control system to explore its influence on the exit denitrification efficiency,the average amount of hourly ammonia injection and the fluctuation deviation of outlet nitrogen oxides under stable and variable load conditions of the boiler.The operation data proved that the precise denitri-fication system significantly improved the fluctuation deviation of nitrogen oxides at the outlet and reduced the amount of ammonia spray.
