摘  要:高校思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,在乡村振兴的战略统筹下,高校思想政治理论课从“为乡育才”角度,赋能人才振兴。近年来,大学生助力乡村振兴取得明显成效,基层就业政策逐步完善,就业认可度持续提升,群众生活水平不断改善。但也存在知农爱农情怀不深、学生自主选修课程的覆盖面不够、实践教学和动手能力有待加强等问题,这就需要在强化课程思政建设、注重课程生态建设、强化实践技能培养、注重多形式协同育人等着力点上精准发力,为乡村人才振兴赋能添智。The ideological and political theory courses in universities are key courses in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.Under the strategic coordination of rural revitalization,the ideological and political theory courses in universities empower talent revitalization from the perspective of"cultivating talents for the countryside".In recent years,college students have achieved significant results in assisting rural revitalization,with the gradual improvement of grassroots employment policies,the continuous increase in employment recognition,and the continuous improvement of people's living standards.However,there are also difficulties such as a lack of deep understanding and love for agriculture,insufficient coverage of students'self selected courses,and the need to strengthen practical teaching and hands-on abilities.This requires precise efforts to strengthen the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,focus on the ecological construction of the curriculum,enhance the cultivation of practical skills,and focus on multi-form collaborative education to empower and enhance rural talent revitalization.
