摘　　要：农民增收对巩固脱贫攻坚成果、实施乡村振兴战略、实现共同富裕具有重要意义。文章基于黔南州内客观实际数据,采用统计数据分析、灰色关联度和可解释结构模型对直接影响农民收入的农民、市场和政府三个层面进行了问题挖掘和归因分析。结果表明促进黔南州内农民的收入增长面临着农民市场意识待强化、城乡发展不均衡、产业链结构不合理、数字经济发展面临挑战等现实问题。针对上述问题,从宏观角度给出应健全农民培训就业机制、持续推进城镇化建设、优化农业产业链、完善农村数字经济建设运行体系、充分发挥东西部协作机制效用的建议。Increasing farmers′income is of great significance for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and achieving common prosperity.This paper is based on objective actual data in Qiannan Prefecture,and uses statistical data analysis,grey relational analysis,and interpretable structural models to conduct problem mining and attribution analysis on the three levels of farmers,market,and government that directly affect farmers′income.The results show that promoting the income growth of farmers in Qiannan Prefecture faces practical problems such as the need to strengthen farmers′market awareness,uneven urban-rural development,unreasonable industrial chain structure,and challenges in digital economy development.In response to these problems,suggestions are given from a macro perspective to improve farmers′training and employment mechanisms,continue to promote urbanization construction,optimize the agricultural industry chain,improve the operation system of rural digital economy construction,and fully leverage the effectiveness of the east-west cooperation mechanism.
