摘　　要：准确评估新质生产力发展状况是中国式现代化建设进程中有效增强高质量发展新动能的前提。从科技创新突破、生产要素配置、产业转型升级、新型劳动者、新型劳动对象和新型生产资料六个维度构建指标体系,运用改进的CRITIC法确权,使用加权算术平均模型、加权几何平均模型对2013—2022年我国新质生产力水平进行测度分析。结果显示:我国新质生产力水平整体不高,总体呈上升态势;区域新质生产力发展在空间上呈现南强北弱、东好西差的不均衡分布特征;科技创新突破在我国新质生产力系统中处于核心地位,生产要素配置水平不高是制约全国新质生产力水平提升的主要障碍;省域新质生产力系统耦合协调发展水平由高度失调向低度协调缓慢提升,多数省份新质生产力指数与耦合协调度的排名一致;创新成果转化和光缆设施建设对新质生产力培育的作用突出,数据信息和产业绿色化转型对新质生产力指数的影响相对偏弱。Accurately measuring the development status of new quality productive forces is the prerequisite for effectively enhancing the new momentum of high-quality development in the process of Chinese path to modernization.This paper constructs an indicator system from six dimensions:technological innovation breakthroughs,allocation of production factors,industrial transformation and upgrading,new workers,new labor objects and new means of production,and uses the improved CRITIC method to determine indicator weights,and uses the weighted arithmetic mean model and weighted geometric mean model to measure and analyze the level of new productive forces in China from 2013 to 2022.The results show that the overall level of new quality productive forces in China is not high and is showing an upward trend.The development of regional new quality productive forces exhibits an uneven distribution pattern of strong in the south and weak in the north,and good in the east and poor in the west in space.Technological innovation breakthroughs are at the core of China’s new quality productive forces system,and the low level of production factor allocation is the main obstacle to the improvement of the national new quality productive forces level.The level of coupling coordination development of the provincial new quality productive forces system has slowly increased from high imbalance to low coordination,and the ranking of the new quality productive forces index and coupling coordination degree in most provinces is consistent.The transformation of innovative achievements and the construction of optical cable facilities play a prominent role in cultivating new quality productive forces,while the impact of data information and industrial green transformation on the index of new quality productive forces is relatively weak.
