中原城市群城市韧性与数字经济发展的耦合协调研究

摘　　要：城市韧性与数字经济的耦合协调是衡量城市治理能力现代化的重要指标。以中原城市群城市为研究对象,通过建立城市韧性与数字经济发展水平评价体系,利用熵值法对2000—2022年中原城市群耦合协调度进行分析,探究中原城市群城市韧性与数字经济之间的动态耦合关系。结果表明,中原城市群城市韧性与数字经济发展均呈波动上升趋势,且后者优于前者,在空间演化上呈现从“圈层分布、逐级递减”向“核心支撑、极化明显”转变;数字经济发展水平在空间分布上比较稳定,总体呈现以“聊城—菏泽—邯郸—邢台”为核心的分布格局。在耦合协调上,整体经历了“以轻度失调为主—初级协调占比增大—中级协调大规模辐射扩散—高级协调初露端倪”的演变过程。建议从着力发挥郑州国家中心城市的辐射带动效应,加快推进产业对接、融合、互补发展,不断丰富数字技术创新与应用场景等方面推进城市韧性与数字经济的协同发展。The coupling and coordination of urban resilience and the digital economy is an important indicator for measuring the modernization of urban governance capabilities.Taking the cities of the Central Plains urban agglomeration as the research object,this study establishes an evaluation system for urban resilience and the level of digital economy development,utilizing the entropy method to analyze the coupling coordination degree of the Central Plains urban agglomeration from 2000 to 2022,exploring the dynamic coupling relationship between urban resilience and the digital economy.The results indicate that both urban resilience and digital economy development in the Central Plains urban agglomeration show a fluctuating upward trend,with the latter outperforming the former,and spatial evolution transitioning from“layered distribution,gradually decreasing”to“core support,evident polarization”;the level of digital economy development exhibits relatively stable spatial distribution,overall presenting a distribution pattern centered around“Liaocheng-Heze-Handan-Xingtai”.In terms of coupling coordination,it has generally undergone an evolutionary process from“predominantly mild imbalance-increasing proportion of primary coordination-large-scale radiation diffusion of intermediate coordination-initial signs of advanced coordination”.It is recommended to focus on leveraging the radiation-driven effect of Zhengzhou as a national central city,accelerating the promotion of industrial docking,integration,and complementary development,and continuously enriching the innovation and application scenarios of digital technology to promote the coordinated development of urban resilience and the digital economy.
