跨境电商综合试验区对产业链韧性的影响研究

摘　　要：设立跨境电商综合试验区是确保我国产业链安全稳定的重大部署。基于2010—2022年285个地级市的面板数据,采用多时点双重差分法实证检验了跨境电商综合试验区设立对产业链韧性的影响效应及内在机制。研究表明:第一,跨境电商综合试验区设立是增强试点城市产业链韧性的有效路径;第二,跨境电商综合试验区设立通过发挥技术创新效应、优化人才结构提高试点城市的产业链韧性;第三,产业协同集聚强化了跨境电商综合试验区设立对产业链韧性的影响;第四,相较于其他类型的城市,在非资源型城市和再生型城市设立的跨境电商综合试验区对于产业链韧性的促进效应更为显著。研究结论对于我国进一步发展“跨境电商+产业带”模式,构建国内国际双循环新发展格局具有重要意义。The establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone is an important deployment to ensure the security and stability of China’s industrial chain.Based on the panel data of 285 prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2022,the multi-time-point differential method was used to empirically test the effects and internal mechanisms of the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones on the toughness of the industrial chain.The research shows that:First,the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone is an effective way to enhance the industrial chain resilience of pilot cities;Second,the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone to improve the industrial chain resilience of pilot cities by giving full play to the effect of technological innovation and optimizing the structure of talents;Third,industrial synergy has strengthened the impact of the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones on the resilience of the industrial chain;Fourth,compared with other types of cities,cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones set up in non-resource-based cities and regenerative cities have a more obvious promoting effect on the resilience of the industrial chain.The research conclusions are of great significance for the further development of the“cross-border e-commerce+industrial belt”model and the construction of a new domestic and international dual-cycle development pattern.
