摘 要:碳纤维管与铝合金接头套接胶粘的方式在轻量化结构设计中具有广阔的应用前景,胶粘剂的选用也是至关重要的,直接影响结构可靠性。因此设计了光轴和槽纹轴铝合金接头与碳纤维管粘接的方案,利用控制变量法使胶层粘接厚度为0.15~0.3 mm,通过拉伸试验,研究3M公司的DP420环氧结构胶能否满足碳纤维折叠轮椅的使用工况和环境要求。拉伸试验验证结果表明:2种铝合金接头的抗拉强度相差无几,平均破坏载荷在8 kN以上,最大破坏载荷为13 kN,同时胶层厚度控制在0.25 mm粘接效果最好;实际粘接时发现,抗拉强度随着胶层厚度的变大而降低。DP420胶粘剂的粘接能力达到了碳纤维轮椅使用技术要求,解决了碳纤维管加工后产生的应力集中、组织完整性破坏、使用可靠性降低等问题。The method of adhesive bonding between carbon fiber tubes and aluminum alloy joints had broad application prospects in lightweight structural design,and the selection of adhesive was also crucial,which directly affected the reliability of the structure.So it designed a scheme for bonding optical axis and groove axis aluminum alloy joints with carbon fiber tubes.The adhesive layer thickness was controlled to be 0.15~0.3 mm by using the variable control method.Through the tensile testing,it investigated whether DP420 epoxy structural adhesive of the 3M company could meet the working conditions and environmental requirements of carbon fiber folding wheelchairs.The tensile test verification results showed that the tensile strength of the two aluminum alloy joints was almost the same,with an average failure load of over 8 kN and a maximum failure load of 13 kN.At the same time,the adhesive layer thickness controlled at 0.25 mm had the best bonding effect.In actual bonding,it was found that the tensile strength decreased with the increase of adhesive layer thickness.The bonding ability of DP420 adhesive met the technical requirements for the use of carbon fiber wheelchairs,which solved problems such as stress concentration,tissue integrity damage,reduced reliability of carbon fiber tubes after processing and so on.
