摘 要:通过激光熔覆方法制备了Cu/431马氏体不锈钢复合涂层,Cu添加量分别为1%和3%。显微组织由α-Fe基体、Cr_(7)C_(3)和Cr_(23)C_(6)碳化物以及富Cu析出相组成。大量Cu在α-Fe基体上析出形成析出相,少部分Cu固溶在基体中,M_(7)C_(3)碳化物中没有Cu分布。析出强化效果和固溶强化效果使得3Cu涂层硬度从431涂层的50 HRC提高到59 HRC,磨损体积相比431涂层降低37%,同时磨损机制由磨粒磨损和氧化磨损转变为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损。Cu/431 martensitic stainless steel composite coatings were prepared by using the laser cladding method,with Cu addition amounts of 1%and 3%respectively.The microstructure consists ofα-Fe matrix,Cr_(7)C_(3)and Cr_(23)C_(6)carbides,and Cu-rich precipitates.A large amount of Cu precipitated on theα-Fe matrix to form precipitates,a small part of Cu was dissolved in the matrix,and there was no Cu distribution in the M_(7)C_(3)carbides.The precipitation strengthening effect and solid solution strengthening effect increased the hardness of the 3Cu coating from 50 HRC of the 431 coating to 59 HRC,and reduced the wear volume by 37%compared with the 431 coating,at the same time,the wear mechanism changed from abrasive wear and oxidative wear to abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
