摘 要:在喷丸强化过程中,为了掌握陶瓷喷丸强化的参数对TC21钛合金的喷丸强度及覆盖率的影响趋势,通过对Almen A型试片和TC21钛合金试件的喷丸强化试验研究,通过控制变量数量逐一试验喷丸参数的方法,得出喷丸参数对TC21钛合金陶瓷喷丸强度及覆盖率的影响趋势。通过试验研究发现,其他喷丸参数不变,单一增大空气压力、弹丸流量、喷丸次数或喷丸角度(45°~90°范围之间),喷丸强度都增大;其他喷丸参数不变,单一增大喷丸速度、喷丸距离或喷嘴内径,喷丸强度都减小;增大弹丸流量或喷丸次数,覆盖率都增大;而增大喷丸速度时,覆盖率就减小。对这种喷丸强化参数影响喷丸强度和覆盖率的试验方法,可以对同类型喷丸强化影响因素的确定有一定的借鉴和推广应用意义。In the process of shot peening,in order to understand the influence trend of ceramic shot peening parameters on the shot peening strength and coverage rate of TC21 titanium alloy,the shot peening experiments were conducted on Almen A specimens and TC21 titanium alloy specimens,and by controlling the number of variables and testing the shot peening parameters one by one,it was obtained that the influence trend of shot peening parameters on the shot peening strength and coverage rate of TC21 titanium alloy ceramics.Through experimental research,it was found that without changing other parameters,increasing air pressure,projectile flow rate,shot peening frequency,or shot peening angle(between 45°and 90°),it all resulted in an increase in shot peening intensity values.While other shot peening parameters remain unchanged,increasing shot peening speed,distance,and nozzle diameter,it resulted in a decrease in shot peening intensity.It was found that increasing the value of shot flow or the number of shot peening resulted in an increase in coverage rate,while increasing the shot peening speed resulted in a decrease in coverage rate.The experimental method for the influence of shot peening parameters on shot peening intensity and coverage rate provided some reference and promotion for determining the influencing factors of the similar shot peening.
