摘 要:为了探究焊脚尺寸对焊接件强度的影响,建立了不同焊缝尺寸的T型接头焊接试件进行拉伸试验,获取T型接头的力学性能。结合等承载理论计算和有限元仿真分析方法,对T型接头焊缝尺寸承载能力进行分析。对比试验、理论计算和仿真结果,验证了理论值与仿真结果的准确性。研究结果指出:拉伸载荷下,T型接头断裂位置发生在67.5°截面附近,其主要由剪切应力导致;结合试验、理论计算和仿真结果提出了焊缝尺寸的选取方法。In order to investigate the influence of weld size on the strength of welded parts,welded specimens of T-joints with different weld size were established for tensile testing to obtain the mechanical properties of T-joints.Combined with equal load theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis method,the bearing capacity of T-joint weld size was analyzed.The comparison of experimental,theoretical calculation and simulation results verified the accuracy of theoretical values with simulation results.The results showed that the fracture of the T-joint under tensile load occurred near 67.5°section,which was mainly caused by the shear stress.Combined with the experimental,theoretical calculation and simulation results,the method of selecting the weld size was proposed.
