摘 要:为了解东北平原生态区糜子种质资源表型性状的遗传多样性,对127份糜子种质资源的11个表型性状进行相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明,127份糜子种质资源的表型性状变异幅度较大,具有较为丰富的遗传多样性,5个质量性状的平均遗传多样性指数(H′)为1.64,6个数量性状的平均H′为6.94;相关性分析表明,各农艺性状间存在不同程度相关性;聚类分析表明,欧氏距离为25时,供试材料可划分为3个类群。主成分分析显示,前3个主成分累计贡献率达79.53%,能够反映出种质资源大部分性状信息。研究结论进一步明确了不同类型糜子种质资源间的差异性和相关性,为认识糜子种质资源的本底、利用其开展遗传改良提供了依据,对于丰富糜子遗传基础具有重要的现实意义。To comprehend the genetic diversity of phenotypic traits in proso millet germplasm resources of the Northeast Plain ecological region,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and correlation analysis were used to study the 11 phenotypic traits of 127 proso millet germplasm resources.The results showed that the 127 proso millet germplasm resources had a large variation in phenotypic traits and a relatively rich genetic diversity.Specifically,the average genetic diversity index(H′)for five quality traits was 1.64,while that of six quantitative traits was 6.94.Correlation analysis indicated varying degrees of correlation among various agronomic traits.Cluster analysis demonstrated that the tested materials could be categorized into three major groups at a Euclidean distance of 25.Principal component analysis indicated that the cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components reached 79.53%,reflecting most of the trait information in the germplasm resources.The research conclusion further elucidated the differences and correlations among various types of proso millet germplasm resources,thereby providing a basis for comprehending the background of these germplasm resources and utilizing them for genetic improvement.This is of significant practical importance for enriching the genetic foundation of proso millet.
