摘 要:农田草害是影响春油菜产量提升的重要障碍因素。为提升新疆伊犁春油菜田间杂草防控效果,引进9个长江下游非转基因抗除草剂杂交油菜品系进行种植适应性试验,探究应用抗除品系防治农田杂草的效果,筛选适应在伊犁河谷种植的高产抗除品系。结果表明,引进抗除品系的生育期与对照(当地主推品种)接近,最晚仅比对照晚2 d;引进品系成熟期分枝高度达64.0~90.4 cm,高于对照;角果数、每角粒数和千粒重等性状与对照相比上下波动;品系DP2产量达到3368.70 kg/hm^(2),显著高于对照,DP4与对照产量持平。苗期除草剂喷施试验表明,应用相应除草剂喷施对引进品系田间阔叶杂草的防效平均达82.54%,而喷施除草剂对引进品系的苗期生长无显著影响。说明采用“抗除油菜品系+喷施相应除草剂”是伊犁春油菜区防控田间杂草的有效策略,同时筛选到适应伊犁河谷气候的高产抗除草剂油菜品系DP2。One significant barrier to the rise in spring rape production is the competition from field weeds.To increase the weed control effect of spring rapeseed in Yili,Xinjiang,this study introduced nine non-transgenic herbicide-resistant hybrid rapeseed lines from the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in order to screen high-yield and resistant varieties suitable for planting in Yili Valley by planting adaptability experiments.The impact of applying herbicide-resistant lines on weed control in farmland was investigated.The results showed that the growth periods of the introduced resistant lines were similar to that of the CK(the locally recommended variety),with a latest delay of only two days compared to the CK.The branch height in the maturity stage of the introduced lines reached 64.0-90.4 cm,higher than the CK.The values of lines such as the number of pods,seed number per pod,and 1000-grain weight fluctuated up and down compared to the CK.The yield of DP2 reached 3368.70 kg/ha,significantly higher than that of CK,while the yield of DP4 remained the same as CK.The experiment of spraying herbicides during the seedling stage showed that the application of corresponding herbicides had an average control effect of 82.54%on broad-leaved weeds in the field,while spraying herbicides had no significant effect on the growth of introduced lines during the seedling stage.This study demonstrates that using“resistant rapeseed lines+spraying corresponding herbicides”is an effective strategy for controlling weeds in the spring rapeseed area of Ili,at the same time,high-yield resistant rapeseed line DP2 adapted to the climate of the Ili River Valley were selected.
